Terms
Last updated 28 July 2026
These terms cover your use of trav3rse.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it. “We” means the team behind Trav3rse; you can reach us at the address at the bottom.
What this site is
A description of Trav3rse, which is in private beta, and a form to register interest. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, does not create an agreement to supply anything, and can be withdrawn by either of us at any time. Nothing is sold on this site and we do not take payment details here.
The product is not finished
Trav3rse is in development. Features described on this site may change substantially or may never ship. Where we describe what the product does or does not do, we mean it at the time of writing — treat it as a statement of intent, not a specification you can rely on.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at volume, or submit anyone’s details but your own. We may block access if you do.
Our content, and other people’s
The text, design and code of this site belong to us. Company names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only — their appearance does not imply any partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies. If you own one and would rather it were not shown, email us and we will remove it.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything on it is complete or current.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
