FAQ

Questions worth asking.

Is this just another org chart?

No, and specifically: we don't draw reporting lines. We have none, so anything tree-shaped would be fabricated. What you get is who is there, how long they have been there, and which committee seats are still empty — then you draw the structure you actually know.

Where does the data come from?

Public professional profiles, pulled per account and cached. No CRM connection, no email scraping, no browser extension. We validated a full pull line by line against a real 117-person internal org chart before building anything on top of it.

Will you alert me when my champion leaves?

No. Departures are self-reported and people who have just been laid off do not rush to announce it — in our validation set, 14 of 38 people who had already left had freshly updated profiles still showing them employed. We will tell you when a former champion turns up somewhere new, because people do update their profile when they arrive.

How accurate is it?

Accurate enough to be worth checking, not accurate enough to trust blind — which is why confidence is on every person rather than hidden behind a number. Our own template once slotted a departed employee as an internal champion; the 116-day-old profile is what caught it.

What does it cost?

Not decided. The beta is free, and enrichment has a real per-account cost we would rather price honestly once than guess at now. If pricing is the thing that decides it for you, say so in the form and we'll come back to you first.

Who is it for?

Enterprise AEs with 6–18 month cycles selling into large organisations. If you close in under three months, coverage and speed matter more than political mapping and this will not help you yet.

Trav3rse is built for enterprise AEs — long cycles, large organisations, committees too big to hold in your head. They go first.

If you close in under three months, this will not help you yet — and we would rather say so than take your email.
